一名屡获战功、代号为MR9的特工人员，受CIA和孟加拉国情报部门联合派遣，前往拉斯维加斯执行秘密任务。他此行的目的是监视罗曼·罗斯和他的兄弟瑞奇·罗斯，以揭露他们的国际武器走私勾当。罗曼·罗斯是R&R机器人公司的董事长，该公司声称能够用科技消除所有残疾缺陷，但实际上是为武器走私作掩护。一位名叫戴比的女性特工被派来与MR9合作，戴比试图用卧底身份来揭露R&R机器人公司的阴谋。在执行各项危险任务过程中，MR9和戴比想方设法互相保护。他们很快锁定了一个名为乔杜里的关键人物——罗曼·罗斯的合作伙伴，该人物与一个犯罪组织有关。为了继续调查，他们前往孟加拉国，并与其他特工联合行动。为了制止恐怖袭击，MR9在与歹徒交手过程中负伤，戴比为了救他而牺牲。MR9击垮了罗曼·罗斯和他的团伙。完成任务后，MR9回到自己的谍报组织继续工作，等待下一个任务的到来。
