鳴梁海戰(zhàn)續(xù)集也將提上制作日程。據(jù)片方介紹，續(xù)集計(jì)劃采用中韓合拍的方式，屆時(shí)有望在中韓兩國(guó)同步公映，這樣一來兩國(guó)影片上檔時(shí)差將被徹底打破。歷史上，鳴梁海戰(zhàn)之后第二年也就是1598年，中朝水軍和豐臣秀吉的日本海軍進(jìn)行了露梁海戰(zhàn)，朝鮮將領(lǐng)李舜臣（崔岷植在《鳴梁海戰(zhàn)》中的角色）和大明將領(lǐng)鄧子龍聯(lián)合指揮并取得大捷。如果中韓真的能合拍續(xù)集，應(yīng)該就是拍攝這個(gè)故事，鄧子龍將由中方哪位男星出演和崔岷植飆戲讓人期待。
