Arok是一個反銀行金融體系激進組織的首領。早年間，在他當兵期間他的妻子因參與金融的買賣被騙而自殺，孩子也在之后因病去世，巨大的打擊讓他對腐敗的金融體系產生仇恨，于是他召集了有類似經歷的人一起反擊。他們在雅加達放置了13顆炸彈要求印尼反恐局支付100比特幣。緊急情況下，反恐局集合所有資源逮捕了該國最大加密貨幣交易所的創始人威廉和奧斯卡，卻發現這件事他們并不知情。而在支付了比特幣后，炸彈還是接連爆炸。于是，威廉和奧斯卡被要求通過技術手段追蹤Arok等人。在破解后，他人深入對方窩點見到了Arok，發現此人之前參加過威廉組織的研討會，且Arok認為加密的虛擬貨幣才應該取代現有的金融體系，所以他選擇用爆炸的方式逼迫國家改變，且不顧平民百姓的生命。面對喪心病狂的Arok，威廉兩人和反恐局齊頭并進，使出全身解數最終阻止了Arok保住了財產和國家的安定。
